We build it on the real ITHOPE rate card: a clear labour rate, a clear call-out within Brno, and diagnostics billed only where the customer decides not to go ahead with the repair. We do not lure you with a cheap “from” price — we win on transparency, a warranty, and a price confirmed in advance.

What you will actually pay
We took the items that matter from the original website and rewrote them into the current ITHOPE rate. The cost of parts is not part of the labour unless explicitly stated. For services priced “by arrangement” it depends on the scope, the condition of the device, the volume of data or the number of business computers.
Standard service
The baseline follows the ITHOPE rate card for PC and laptop service in Brno. All prices include VAT. We do not compete on a cheap "from" headline — we compete on a clear rate, a price agreed up front, and a warranty on our work.

We measure the fault and tell you the cost of the repair. If you go ahead with the repair, we do not sell diagnostics as a separate bait item.

Data, backups and security
With data, the priority is to make nothing worse. With ransomware, switch the computer off and do not connect a backup drive.

Billing rules
How to read the price list
- Prices are based on the ITHOPE rate for PC and laptop service in Brno: 600 Kč for 30 minutes of work, a Brno city call-out 700 Kč.
- All prices include VAT.
- We confirm the price of the repair up front, before we start work.
- Parts are not included in the labour price unless explicitly stated otherwise.
- Diagnostics without a repair costs 600 Kč. If the repair is carried out, the cost of diagnostics is settled as part of the job.
- The minimum billed work is one started half-hour.
- Out-of-hours service: a 50% surcharge from 5 PM to 9 AM and at weekends.
- Business service, regular maintenance and managing multiple devices are priced individually by scope and response time.
- Only the first indicative assessment for HDD data recovery is free, unless it concerns a phone, a tablet or a targeted search for a single file.
