First we check whether it can be sensibly sped up with an SSD/RAM. We only recommend a new machine once an upgrade no longer makes sense.

Warranty & claims

Frequently asked questions
Will you build a PC from my parts? +
Yes, as long as the parts are compatible. The warranty then covers our work, not parts bought elsewhere. If you’re buying yourself, send the list before ordering — we’ll check compatibility.
Will you recommend a laptop for a student? +
Yes. We weigh performance, weight, battery, display, warranty and service availability. Typically 15,000–20,000 CZK for ordinary studies.
What gaming PC do I need in 2026? +
For 1440p Ultra: AMD Ryzen 5 9600X / Intel i5-15600K, RTX 5070 / RX 9070 XT, 32 GB DDR5, 1 TB NVMe Gen4. Price 35,000–50,000 CZK without a monitor. For 1080p Medium, 22,000–30,000 CZK.
How long does a build take? +
From confirming the parts, 2–4 working days. If everything is in stock, it can be by the next day. Assembly + installation + stress test takes 4–6 hours.
Do you also build a really quiet PC? +
Yes. A quiet PC means a large case with sound-dampening (be quiet! Silent Base), large slow-spinning fans (140 mm), a quality PSU (semi-passive), and an SSD instead of an HDD. With a good configuration the PC sits under 25 dB at idle (only faintly audible).
What about a refurbished computer? +
We occasionally have refurbished Lenovo ThinkPad, Dell Latitude and HP EliteBook in stock. All after full diagnostics + a new SSD + a legal Windows. Price 5,000–15,000 CZK. Call for current availability.
