Once we’ve run diagnostics we tell you the scope of work and the price — in writing. For routine jobs we often know the price over the phone; for trickier faults we confirm it after diagnostics. We only proceed once you approve.
Diagnostics for a PC, laptop or Wi-Fi is paid — it’s genuine work with proper tools. If you go ahead with the repair, we credit it against the invoice. The only free check is the first assessment for hard-drive data recovery (no recovery, no fee).
When a repair doesn’t make economic sense, we say so plainly. Sometimes an SSD upgrade is enough; sometimes it’s time for a new machine. We don’t sell work where it isn’t worth it.
