ChatGPT, Copilot, marketing, automation and company rules

AI training for companies in Brno: ChatGPT, Copilot and working safely with AI

In half a day we show the team where AI really saves time: emails, documents, proposals, marketing copy, research, transcriptions, spreadsheets and repetitive agenda. At the same time we set boundaries: what never to put into AI, when to verify the output and how to turn it into a company tool, not chaotic tinkering.

  • Half-day and full-day workshop for small and medium-sized companies
  • In person in Brno and surrounding areas or online
  • ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot and other AI tools without unnecessary theory
  • Participants own tasks: email, copy, proposals, spreadsheets, research
  • Separate block for management: rules, risks, costs and benefits
  • Marketing copy, sales arguments and web content in practice
  • Data security, GDPR, output verification and company policies
  • After training you get prompts, a checklist and further recommendations

Common situations

People use AI without rules

Someone tries ChatGPT, someone else Copilot, someone sends company texts to random tools. Without clear rules, a useful aid quickly becomes a security risk.

Nobody knows where AI really saves time

There is no point cramming AI everywhere. During training we go through your typical tasks and select concrete procedures where time is saved: administration, sales, marketing, customer communication, internal documents.

Marketing copy from AI sounds hollow

AI can write an email, a proposal, a service description or a draft article. But without a proper brief it often produces generic fluff. We teach the team to write prompts so the output has tone, arguments, a target audience and a clear next step.

Outputs look certain, but can be wrong

AI can invent facts, sources and technical details. We show when to treat it as an assistant, when as a risk and how to verify outputs without unnecessary delay.

Management is dealing with costs and responsibility

Who can use a paid account, what must not be entered, which tools to allow and how to turn training into rules? We handle this practically, without large internal projects.

AI literacy is now also a legal requirement

The European AI Act, from February 2025, requires companies to ensure sufficient AI literacy for people working with AI. Training is therefore not just useful — it is gradually becoming an expected standard and demonstrable due care.

What we actually do

Everyday work with AI

  • emails, minutes, summaries, documents and presentations
  • research, comparison of options and preparation of materials
  • a prompt as a work brief, not a random sentence into chat
  • dialogue with AI: correction, refinement, role, limits and checking

Marketing and sales copy

  • web copy, service descriptions, articles, FAQ and newsletters
  • customer proposals, value arguments and handling objections
  • translating technical text into customer language
  • how to avoid generic AI fluff and keep the company own tone

Safe use of AI in the company

  • what not to enter: personal data, passwords, invoices, contracts, internal know-how
  • GDPR and sensitive data practically, without legal theater
  • company accounts, sharing outputs, access rights
  • simple rules for employees and management

Verification and output quality

  • hallucinations, fake sources and confident errors
  • when to verify output and how to do it quickly
  • control checklist for important texts and decisions
  • boundaries: what AI should do and what must stay with a human

Automation and processes

  • routine tasks suitable for AI or a simple script
  • processing texts, spreadsheets, inquiries and repetitive answers
  • proposal for an internal prompt library and templates for the team
  • what is worth automating and what would be expensive tinkering

AI risks and fraud

  • phishing written without errors and tailored to the company
  • voice cloning, deepfake and fake instructions from management
  • control questions and internal verification rules
  • how to teach employees healthy distrust without paranoia

For management and owners

  • where AI saves money and where it just costs time
  • which tool to pay for and what to keep free
  • what to allow, what to ban and how to explain it to the team
  • 30-day plan after training

Price, benefit and security

What companies most often address before AI training

People usually do not want another motivational talk about the future. They want to know what AI will save, how much it will cost, who is responsible and how to prevent data leaks.

Is it worth it?

We look for tasks that repeat every week: emails, proposals, minutes, service descriptions, research, internal guides. That is where the time returns the fastest.

What will the team learn?

Participants leave with concrete prompts, a verification procedure and examples for their work. Not just the impression that AI is interesting.

What about sensitive data?

At the start we set boundaries: what can be anonymized, what does not belong in any public tool and when to use a company account.

Who is the training for?

Administration, sales, marketing, management, technicians and customer support. For developers and IT, a follow-up AI code or process audit makes sense.

Which tool should we pay for?

We do not prescribe one brand at all costs. We compare what you already have, what you need and where a paid account really makes sense.

What happens after training?

You get recommendations for the first 30 days: rules, a prompt library, pilot tasks and a suggestion of where it makes sense to continue with automation.

Why Servis PC Brno

We teach from practice, not from slides

We use AI daily in development, writing, analysis, automation and code auditing. This is why we can show a concrete procedure, not just an interesting demo.

We take data security seriously

ITHOPE s.r.o. has managed servers, networks, backups and business IT since 2008. When we talk about data, accounts and access, it comes from practice, not from generic training.

Marketing without generic AI fluff

For writing we address target audience, tone, arguments, objections and a concrete CTA. AI should help formulate, not produce empty phrases anyone could have.

We also say where AI does not make sense

We do not sell the illusion that AI will solve everything. Some things are faster to do manually, some belong to a developer and some must not be done because of data risks.

We can follow up with an audit and automation

After training we can review processes, prepare company rules, perform an AI code audit or design simple automation for repetitive tasks.

Frequently asked questions

How much does the AI training cost? +

A half-day workshop for a team of up to 10 people starts at 14,900 CZK, a full-day at 26,900 CZK. The initial scope consultation is free. We agree the final price, length and outputs in writing beforehand.

How long does the training last? +

Typically half a day (approx. 4 hours) or a full day (6-7 hours including breaks). Half a day is a good start for a team, a full-day workshop gives more space for participants own tasks, marketing, automation and rules.

Do we need to have a paid ChatGPT or Copilot? +

Not necessarily. We can run the training with what you already have. It can include a recommendation on whether it makes sense to pay for ChatGPT, Copilot or another tool, who to give it to and how to set up rules.

Will we work with our real data? +

Yes with real tasks, no with sensitive data. We agree beforehand what to anonymize, what to omit and what does not belong in public AI tools at all: personal data, contracts, passwords, invoices, internal know-how or customer data.

Will you also teach marketing copy? +

Yes. We can do a separate marketing AI workshop: web copy, proposals, service descriptions, articles, FAQ, newsletters, argumentation, brand tone and adapting technical text into customer language.

Is the training suitable for non-technical people? +

Yes. It is built for regular users: sales, administration, management, marketing, customer support. For developers and IT teams, an advanced follow-up block or an AI code audit makes more sense.

Will we get any materials after the training? +

Yes. You will get a summary, sample prompts, a safe-use checklist and management recommendations. In the extended version we also prepare a company prompt library and brief internal rules.

Can you help with introducing AI in the company after training? +

Yes. We can follow up with a process audit, AI rules, automation of repetitive tasks, management training or AI audit of code and applications.
